The Extreme Leaders are going to help you build your mental wealth through the winter months.
Starting 12.10.20 we will be providing you with some valuable strategies to improve your performance, whatever your working week entails, and boost your ability to relax and recharge healthily over the weekend.
This 15 week programme, on our social media channels, will feature short video clips of some of our Extreme Leaders Associates imparting their knowledge on how to build your #mentalwealth in multiple areas, including: self care, sleep, transition from work to home, positive family time, physical activity, intellectual engagement and tech free days.
