Experiential Learning

Taking individuals and teams to a new place to learn and experience each other, is always a game changer. When you consider that some teams may well be together for years managing high value, high profile and thus high importance projects the value of getting people away for a day or a week to truly connect adn engage with each other is invaluable, literally.

A big one: (9 Days-Vietnam & Cambodia)

Join former England Rugby Captain Lewis Moody MBE, polar explorer and adventurer Alan Chambers MBE and other high profile faces on the on a ride across Vietnam to Cambodia. Covering 1,000km over 9 days, the ride will be a true challenge for all abilities, cycling the steep and unforgiving terrain, whilst having the chance to take in many of the region's most spectacular land marks.

Throughout the day the team will prepare and test themselves for stepping on the ice. (Ice in drinks at end of day)

We believe that a coach should be capable of acting as a trainer, counsel and often a mentor as well. Executive Coaching is not credible unless delivered by respected, experienced leaders supported by highly skilled coaches. We therefore take extreme care when matching our coaches to the client's requirements.

Our combined experience clearly demonstrates that a shift in leadership behaviour only happens when the executive accepts ownership of the action they implement. Ownership and accountability are the key elements of self leadership which is the prerequisite for sustainable performance improvement and continuous team building.

Organisations operate with delivery pressures which mean that the requirement to think, reflect, research and seek input are at times challenged. Extreme Leaders coach the processes which provide the confidence to be accountable for seeking and applying effective solutions and owning the results. The coach provides direct input, challenge and counsel as the executive develops skills and capability.

No single approach is the right one for everyone with different techniques required at different moments in the executive journey. Our expertise lies in the craft of coaching, the credibility to be heard and the judgement to know what is needed at any given time for the value and benefit of the person being coached.
